The custom process was painless. Following on-line instructions from Polycase, I submitted engineering drawings. These were reviewed and approved within one week, and the final product was in my hands about one month after my design submission. The custom machined cabinets were flawless, communication and documentation by Polycase throughout the process was accurate and informative. And the cost was inexpensive for the value received. Altogether a first rate experience.
