I'm very happy with your service. I like your offering to add graphics to the case to save us from putting labels on them. But, even though it seems easy enough, we're struggling to figure out how to take advantage of the offering. Which is really too bad b/c I wouldn't mind paying you guys more to be done w/ purchasing labels.
