I kind and professional human being named Jennifer Klingbeil answered my call after the second ring, and: 1). found me in her system. . . 2). reviewed my previous "guest purchase". . . 3). led me to the part I was inquiring about on their website, 4). gave me a speed tour of their webpage and individual specs of my part. . . 5). and probably would have cooked me breakfast if I needed food. . . (Only kidding about the breakfast part). Heck. . . Jennifer even took my quick follow-up call to research a question and give me an answer. In this AI / BOT day and age. . . . WHERE are other companies with this type of human Customer Service???
