For years I have been sending back to HP my empty ink cartridges. However, I'm told that the ink cartridge I purchase through the organization, that you do not want them back. I have looked at both cartridges appear to be exactly the same. Why not re-use them?

I find that your products are excellent and your service is fast and your prices are low. What more can I ask?

I recently had my HP 4050N reworked and saw that they carried the ink cartridge for the machine. I've always been told that ink cartridges purchased that are HP ink cartridges, could create problems and even destroy your machine. I'm here to tell you that they are WRONG. I have had the cartridge for this machine, have printed over 20,000 pages and have had no problems whatsoever. They are much lower in price which is the second best feature. I highly recommend them for your ink cartridge requirements.
