Great customer service. Had a problem with one of my cartridges and I called the customer service number. The representative that I spoke with tried to fix the issue but was unsuccessful. She immediately said a new one would be mailed out that day. I received the replacement in record time. Very pleased with this company, the representative I spoke with and the great customer service.
