Had a problem with of my Kickass battery, got in contact with customer service and not only did i get a reply through email I also got a call the next day! We got everything sorted out in a very timely matter, which means that Kickass stand by their products! I went through all the proper procedures for a warranty and never did Kickass make me feel like im an idiot or it was my fault, I really appriciate that, cant say that about a lot of companies these days. I do not have a youtube channel and I dont get anything for free, so when I pay for something more than the usual products out there I expect quality and a company that will stand by that product. thank you Kickass!
