I've gotten a reply to my questions and some very helpful suggestions for setting my system up. I'm so glad I went with KickAss!

I ordered a KA75 fridge. First one came damaged. I was immediately offered a solution when i contacted KA about my delivery damage. We decided to wait and make sure the unit still worked. Turns out it didn’t. KA took it back no problem and sent me a new one (in a massive amount of postal protection) and it works great.

The service is excellent. I even received a personal phone call to straighten things out. Will buy again and would highly recommend their well built products.

I haven't gotten a reply to my questions other than 'someone will reply to you in the next 2 or 3 business days.

We are pleased with the quality and design but the brackets could have been made more useful if designed for T- nut type installations…
