The product I ordered turned out not to be quite what I needed. I had missed the return window by a few days and sent them an email explaining my situation. I wasn't expecting a refund or them to accept a return but they offered the option and resolved everything quickly. Although the specific product didn't work out for me, I would purchase something from them again simply because I know if anything were to go wrong, their customer service is excellent and they'd fix the issue.

My first Jaffle maker didn’t survive the first sandwich. Kickass probably sent me. New one to replace the defective product.
