The product (Jeep mounted awning) was delivered on time and the installation materials and directions were perfect ! The installation was easy and well designed. We used it recently and it performed as advertised, which was excellent. The ‘above and beyond expectations’ was including the tools needed for installing the awning ! I highly recommend this product.
