Poor experience on Marketplace
I ordered a keyboard, which arrived with a bad OEM PCB. The JST connector was broken off, as did two diodes, one resistor, and a capacitor. None of this was mentioned in the listing--there was no indication per the description that the PCB was non-functional. Reached out to Support, who said they would check with seller. Asked for a discount for having received a bogus PCB. Support said they would check with the seller. There's been no communication on this issue since. Support only addressed a separate concern with getting me a JSON file for another PCB (a third-party one that is not broken) inlcuded with the keyboard, so that it could at least be configured in VIA. However, they have done nothing about the broken OEM PCB. Without that PCB, the keyboard is not at all what the seller purported it to be to potential buyers. This is a BS secondhand-market experience. Worse than mechmarket, because this transaction was supposed to be backed by the reputation and resources of a "trusted" vendor.
