ipower is generally helpful and easy to work with, but regarding this extended warranty, too early to tell. All will depend on how, if needed, the warranty will be honored.

The screen's cord was frayed.

I am really happy with my MacBook Pro purchase. However I am surprised there was no mention on the condition of the accessories being purchased. I thought the accessories would be open box but after receiving the accessories they have high amounts of wear and tear, scratches and are not in a good condition. Considering the price difference between Amazon openbox and this website is not much for the accessories I expected better.

I wrote them about shipping concerns twice and they didn’t respond either time. The timeline for me to receive my computer took twice as long. Not good for work, you know? The computer I received was in excellent shape.
