No I did not interact with anyone at the store, the item was shipped and it arrived less than a week after I placed the order. Item was secured in a custom box specifically for computers (though this may have been a factory shipping box).

Exactly as described. Like new and saved me $200 plus over a new one. I bought a nice OtterBox case and it is my new daily driver phone.
