Wasn’t clear adapter and extension only worked with your chargers . Wouldn’t extend my 50 % discount to charger purchase. Now items useless to me and postage to China too costly to return.

I ordered a replacement cord, had to pay for shipping. It's been weeks. Nothing ever arrived.

I ordered and received 2 of the new multi monitor hubs for MacBook Pro. Neither one functions. I have tried them on the latest i9 intel mbp and on a brand new M1 max. No response to formal tech support inquiries over past several weeks.
