Awful service!
I've used Turtle Beach headsets for many years now. Love them and so after buying the PS5 i decided to upgrade to the 700 Gen 2. I bought them on December 18th and got the shipping email on the 21st. Today more than 2 weeks after that there is still no parcel to track and i still haven't received my order. I sent several mails asking what's wrong and no one is able to give me an answer. Hermes website just keeps showing the same message... "We're expecting your parcel to arrive with us soon"... More than 2 weeks to get the headset to the transporter? And now i get an email to write a review on everything?
