I was excited for a

I was excited for a new controller but it has not met expectations. - it was not intuitive to pair with xbox - extra buttons cannot be programmed as much as Xbox Elite 2 controller, ie. Can’t programme stick-click - overall feel is not great. Feels light ( can be okay for some) and cheap. - view and menu buttons are placed akwardly I will go back to a Xbox Elite 2 Controller.

The worst possible online service and policies

I placed a fairly expensive order on the 17/12/2023 and informed the customer service that the item is stuck showing in transit since 18/12/2023. I was informed this will be checked with DPD. I was informed on 28/12/2023 tht DPD lost the items. Even when DPD told turtle beach that they had lost the items I had to send a docket saying I didn't receive the item which is utter nonsense. Then turtle beach advise me they cant ship till the 05/01/2024, whic is not my problem given I order almost 21 days prior. I have cancelled the entire order. Also apparently they can't process refunds at month end. I work in a company and we can refund every day.Please don't place any order here as it is the worst. All the items on this site should be available somewhere locally and get it there. This place comes back with corporate bullsh*t and silly excuses. Absolutely no respect for paying customers.
