DPD shipping is a trash!! They didn’t label my shipping address and information right and as a result was to have wrong information where was my package!! I called the DPD office and no one answered to help me so I went 30klm away from my home to finally find where my package was!! The gave it to other courier service ACS but they didn’t informed me with the new tracking number of ACS!! The help center of Turtle Beach until now it seems to be ok but I’m waiting how they handle my other problem that I have with the product when I opened it and try it and discover that the main volume of the headset even if I turned it to 100% the sound was so low on my ps5 console!! I already open a ticket for support and I’m waiting for further assistance!!

Mine broke at the mic hinge not even had it a year and have been very carefully not to drop or hit it but still broke

The cable is great unless you have cats because my car ate through the entire cable (the original), but I ordered faster shipping of 4-6 days and waitedtwo and a half week for it.
