The only negative about the purchasing process is most probably on the delivery company. As this was internationally shipped, for whatever reason the company never tried to reach me the first time. Support worked great and reshipped me the headphones again. It seems that the shipping company didn't have my contact so I had to reach them and track the parcel by phone.

The quality of the product is really good, for this price you can't find anything such this. The hardness of the spring is not a problem anymore, it's not like in the review videos. The joystick works perfectly, also all the levers and buttons. The only problem I had, was with the delivery. DPD Hungary didn't recieve my contact info, so they couldn't reach me. I had to call them after a few days, after ordering the product, and give them the missing info.

Slow shipping, controller was packed for shipping just in the bigger box without any bubble wrap or anything but finally arrived without damage. For the next time you should send preorders earlier so customers can receive it on the premiere day.
