Unfortunately item went out of stock after I ordered but I was emailed straight away and informed it would be a couple of weeks still. It was for a birthday which was before that 2 weeks. This item was out of stock everywhere so no surprise. Great communication from turtle beach and it arrived just after they said it would so thankyou for your great communication in letting me know what was going on and daughter was happy with her present
