Although the situation is clearly not favorable, one would expect some support and information from the product supplier, which was not the case here. Product was ordered three weeks ago and no information from the delivery company. Contacted support last week, no answer yet. I'll be waiting one or two more weeks, but I'm growing more and more dissatisfied by the lack of communication and support from Turtle Beach. Regards,
