Ink Hero

I ordered two 10-packs of small ink cartridges. I received two large cartridges of a type for laser printers. I contacted customer service and they replied. They sent four packs of 5 cartridges (correct type) but they were so poorly packed (all in one envelope) that several were crushed. Also, Ink Hero promised 10 extra cartridges for the inconvenience; those extra cartridges have never arrived. I admit, they tried. But their 'best effort' was sorely lacking. I'm left with about 17 usable cartridges out of the 20 I paid for. Not a good outcome. They did try and were prompt, but, HEY, how tough can this be. I guess their shipping department needs a major overhaul. The customer service people seemed fine; they did try.

Some of the cartridges were not recognized by my printer. No support from ink hero to replace

They guarantee that the cartridges will work with my Cannon printer. I tried to save a few bucks and should have know better. THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE and I had to order from Cannon. This was a wast of time. Now I have to deal with trying to get my money back, more to come on that.

I ordered and was shipped two Brother laser cartridges. Both of them are bad. They print out very weak; I can barely read the print, Cannot use them. I sent email and was promised new cartridges over 3 weeks ago and still nothing.

My printer wouldn't recognize it, so it's useless.
