Ink worked fine

I'm always hesitant when ordering ink for my printer from anyone other than the original company. Based on the cost savings I decided to try Ink Hero. I placed the order and waited for the ink to arrive. When the package came I immediately installed the cartridges but the printer would not recognize them. I reached out to customer service for help and it turns out I ordered the wrong item. Customer service was outstanding! They sent the correct cartridges without the hassle of requiring me to return the incorrect item. I installed them and they work perfectly. I will be buying my ink from Ink Hero in the future. They have good pricing, good product, and outstanding customer service!

Great product, fast delivery & very accurate with description.

I was looking for high yield cartridges for my brother printer. After buying cartridges from other companies, that either did not work or that didn't print correctly. I found these cartrides, not only were they high yield but worked well in my printer. They were compatible but priced reasonable. Especially with everything jumping up in prices due to the present situations throughout the world.
