Ink Hero

Upon receiving my order I noticed bbn some of the cartridges had leaked during transport. I contacted customer service regarding a replacement. Robert responded quickly and assured me he would be sending out another order free of charge for my inconvenience. It arrived quick ly with nothing leaking. I was not required to return the leaking cartridges either. Thar is great customer service and I will be buying from Ink Hero in the future. Thank you Robert!
