Purchased on-line with no problems. The cartridge arrived timely. I have not yet had to change out my old cartridge.

Easy shopping experience.

I received what I ordered very quickly. I had an issue with product because a couple of the ink cartridges were damaged and leaking during the delivery. I sent an inquiry to the company and they replaced the ink cartridges and gave me a couple more for the inconvenience. With service like this, why would I ever buy ink anywhere else. A+++
