I had ordered the package with 14 ink cartridges. When the package arrived the black ink cartridge had arrived busted open and black ink everywhere. When I called customer service, they sent another package from the distributor in TN and they arrived in great condition, well packed in air bags. The cartridges work good in my Brother MFC-J625DW printer.
