I can't speak highly enough of their customer service. I accidentally shipped my order to the wrong address and they provided a discount to replace. Following this 1 out of the 4 cartridges was causing streaks. I reached out and they sent me a replacement cartridge free of charge that day. Printer is now working great. Will definitely order from them again.
