InkHero's customer service department cannot be beat. They helped deal quickly with a misdirected delivery. Ink arrived as quickly as possible given the original delivery problem and it has worked flawlessly so far. I am a very satisfied customer.

I have only used one tube, the Cyan one. It works fine. No complints

Although the website was a bit of a pain to navigate, the support and product were good and the cassette works well. Once the order was (finally) placed, I received it very quickly.
