I have had a Godox V1-N for three years or more, but the locking ring/pin has gradually failed after a lot of use for events and headshots in that time. I checked YouTube for how to fix the problem and to assess if I indeed could do the job myself, saw I could and checked Hypop's warehouse stock. I did then call them to do a physical check, before ordering as I would drive 200km roundtrip to pick it up. The whole experience was excellent, supportive and positive. Thanks for backing your products and having the people in store who know their stuff.
