I was really happy with the service. It was super fast. Bought it on a weekend and had it in Melbourne by Wednesday. I have been impressed with Hypop's videos so that played a role in me choosing them.

It's big. But not unwieldy. Nice soft light. It's my first soft box so no comparison to go on but seems well built.
