Incredible experience. It may not be this way for everyone but I ordered it one day and then it was here in two days. I was more than pleased with how fast it arrived from order date.

For 7 years I had zero issues, the reason why my old headset stopped working, is because plastic that is covering electronics has disintegrated and it is ok, because for the past 7 years I have been daily using them, traveling with them, accidently pulling on them and yet they kept working.
