Very bad service

After establishing my product was faulty with several videos and pictures I am still waiting to hear about how I get my refund.

I bought something a month ago and it still hasn't arrived

Appalling customer service. Wouldn't exchange headphones purchased as a gift as it was 2 days over the 14 day return period. Shocking. Will never purchase anything from you again.
