The mashup of accepting more orders than stock definitely hit me by surprise but it happens I guess. The 1 month wait was expected but the actual delivery was quick and the customer support was helpful and kind. I'll definitely continue using HyperX products.

Mic doesn’t get fit one headset properly it falls

Delivery was a shambles, package went missing for a few hours cause the driver lied on the system about the location of my package

Shipping and postage was fine. I only wish the return and refund process was quicker. Customer service was fine but tricky to get in touch via the web. As per support, they did cover the essentials to reinstall my drivers or return it, that was all.
