Very disappointed

Got a replacement, still broken

It fails me. It's very hot even for only connecting with printer and charging one iPhone and one iPad Pro. When I connected it with my external sound card (Apogee Quartet) it caused my Bose S1 Pro speaker to produce a disturbing noise. Not just a hish noise but it is very loudly noisy. Which I never have such experience with SATECHI adaptors.
