Terrible shopping experience, lack of customer support I would give 0 stars if that was possible. It took them more than a week to start the shipment process and two full weeks to deliver an item domestically. When I no longer needed the item due to the long time it took, they adamantly refused in covering return shipping blaming USPS for the slow delivery, despite the 'fast delivery' they advertise on their website. In reality, it took them close to a week to create a shipping label. Their customer service was not friendly at all and was defensive. I hope others don't go through the same troubles that I did.
