Hi when you guys were offered discounts. We felt so great. But,, Received used power Bank. Many marks on the power bank. Didn't receive proper adopter to charge. I bought adopter in Best Buy to charge. I can't even give one star to this purchase. We want to return this. So sad and so disappointed:(( I didn't expect this from this people. Please don't cheat like this by sending used power bank to customers like this. Really sad respected Manager:((

Why on earth would anyone find a product with 3 video outputs that show only 1 MIRRORED monitor is beyond me. I made the mistake of not reading the fine print. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive, and now i have to pay shipping to return this hot mess of crap. Not only did i have an issue with the product at its core operation, but within an hour of it being plugged into my machine it began blinking every 45 seconds and continued until i unplugged it and put it right back in the box. Garbage product, garbage support..Will not buy a Hyper Drive product again.
