I bought this because it supports 2 4K displays @60Hz, but the requirement to run software as a display port (and then claiming it's "driverless") is absurd. I don't want to give this program access to my display information (potentially a security risk), and I would like to be able to use it without running it. Also, it doesn't support night shift, which is really unfortunate. I spent $200 on this thing, and it's just a useless brick

Crazy prices, poor consumer service, product quality overall “just okay”

The product is not reliable. If unplugged from your computer, you're rolling dice if it will work again when plugged back in. You will need to go through a long, aggravating setup to set up monitors with a dual-display using this product. I would NOT recommend, there must be a better solution on the market.

3 weeks of no response to my support ticket.

The product was fine. But all extra fees and charges - I had to pay twice the price of the product. Terrible.
