Unit was DOA, tried charging the battery pack overnight, still dead. Then their return policy is challenging to complete, and I’ve yet to hear if they will replace the bad unit or refund me. Worst return process I’ve encountered.

Way over charged for shipping, making it not returnable.

Customer service did not resolve issue.

Product did not do what I wanted it to, but return was a many step difficult nightmare. Hyper does not pay return postage (fine) but worse, they won't send you an address label and asks for you to put hard to find numbers and all product information on the address label (which USPS won't do if you go to the post office to mail) so you need your own printer. Have blacklisted hyper due to how difficult they make returns. Only buy if you have no doubt it will work.
