FedEx never showed. Neither package delivered. Hyper said to wait. It's been a month and still no credit

Change your signature requirement or work with FedEx to hold packages for an indefinite period

Ordered 2 items. Received notice from FedEx but never received either package

Terrible shipping. Hyper requires a signature (Not FedEx) and I missed the delivery two times because I work for a living. Customer service refuses to take ownership of any problems. (P.S. they don't speak English so don't expect them to understand the problem)
