Would not recommend HYPER products, as they are laggy and slow.

Five-star shipping, service, product quality; in my latest twice-problematic orders, 1-2-star accuracy of published product descriptions and phones assurances by support staff.

Had to return unit due to the unit not performing as expected. Had to pay return shipping and fill out an elaborate form. -2 for return process -1 for unit’s performance.

Purchase process was fine. Arrived in a timely manner. Bought this particular hub due in large part to the fact that it was in-stock. However, Customer support is wanting. Weeks after submitting a help request I have heard nothing. From what I am reading now, seems to be the norm. Not a good thing from the consumer perspective. I've gotten better support from vendors on Wish, in China, who don't speak a lick of english.

Excellent products and delivery. Repurchase inquiry about compatibility of PRO Hub 21380028A01 with 2022 MacBook Pro turned out to be wrong—it interferes with MagSafe plug—so I was misled into buying it.
