PHONE CALL IN CS IS TERRIBLE. EMAIL TAKES FOREVEVER TO RESPOND. MY PURCHASE TOOK A WHILE TO PROCESS THEN I GOT AN EMAIL THAT IT SHIPPED BUT NEVER ACTUALLY WENT OUT UNTIL 4DAYS LATER....

International shipping was too expensive

Already said had got the wrong cord. Was told it would be shipped over night it was not. Went and spent 70.00 on the right cord. Waited a week got the proper cord and only a 30.00 credit. Did not pay for the cord I had to purchase. Plus my time what charge could you put on that?

I wish you guys had a Canadian distributor. The duty fees are expensive.
