I bought a sequoia, they sent me a sia. I did not realize it was wrong till I ordered the bubbler. 6 months. They told me to return it and they would send the correct one. Seeing how they offer free shipping, I thought they should send the correct item with a label for me to return the wrong item, and avoid me paying shipping. If I pay shipping im returning everything. Today is now March 1st I ordered my product on February 18th all my tracking information hasn't changed it is telling me Monday February 22nd late arrival there's no information on there as to where my package is I am not happy waiting on a package that only had to go across the United States and it has been over a week
