Never again will I buy a geeni product

I immediately e-mailed support to arrange return of these unuseable cameras. Up to this point, no arrangements were offered to return the cameras.

Still not received

Sat on phone for 22 minutes and was disconnected the called back until I got in again and waited for one hour! The support services couldn’t help because she has no access to sales! What is wrong with this picture!
