Ordered two items directly from Geeni. UPS unfortunately lost the box which is not Geeni's fault. Geeni refused to issue a refund until they received the item back. You can only talk to tech support and nobody else. Their solution was to not send me replacements even though UPS told them they lost the package, and the only way I could get my money back was to dispute the charge with my credit card. Their customer service is the worst.
