Description lacking for cameras types

I’m hoping Geeni will either update the software in the cameras so they work properly or let me send them back for a refund.

Shipping was difficult to track. Said item was in California up until I got notice they were being delivered on that day. One item was clearly wrong item though can't figure for the life of me how to return or exchange from your site. Customer service is poor. Products are great.
