Very responsive company when there is a problem. You tried to help diagnosis why my new ink cartridges weren't working. You even sent me new ones to try just in case the originals were defective. They were not. I needed a new printer. I just went on your site to see if I could buy HP 64 (not 64XL) ink for my new computer but I couldn't find them. Do you not sell them for my HP Envy Photo 7855 model?
