The experience of ordering for the first time was very good, with a glitch or two, that was most likely my doing. I did ask a question that was never replied to, but by that time I had corrected my error. The product was shipped promptly and arrived on time. I look forward to doing regular business with Housoftoners, as consumables by OEM's are insanely overpriced. BTW, still waiting for a reply on my last question regarding first order discount.
