Received the merchandise within a few days and was prompt and complete... very good performance.

This is the second cartridge I have ordered. The first one worked so well, especially in comparison to two other companies I used in the past. The price for one is a bit higher than other competitors, but one cartridge lasted me from last August 2021 to April 1, 2022. I print mailing labels for FB Marketplace sales, so in that timeframe I probably printed over 800 labels. So, that's why I ordered another from this company. It was a quick delivery also. and I'm across the US in Florida. I also love the fact that they send a self-addressed postage-paid envelope to return the empty cartridge for recycling. If only more companies, as well as individuals, would tweak a few small ways they currently do things in an effort to improve the health of our Earth, just imagine the global impact we could make. Reuse, recycle, and refurbish.
