Nice site first of all and I especially like how I can easily search and find the correct toners of both of my different printers. Second - communicating with one of your knowledgable agents was great - he confirmed everything I needed was correct before I submitted my order. Likee talking with a friend. Then the shipping - quick and the tonetrs were very nicely packaged. Free charger no big thing - but cute.
