I bought a combo pack, with all three colors, plus the black. Although they shipped much faster than expected, and were a great, surprisingly inexpensive price, I sadly learned you get what you pay for. By cheap...you get cheap. First, up on removing the safety caps, all of the cartridges leaked ink into my hands and desk. They installed fine, but only the magenta color works. The yellow is faded, and the cyan and black are not working. A huge disappointment! I've run a cleaning cycle 4 times now, taken them out and put them back in, but to no avail. The test pages come out with the same results. I'm not even wasting my energy to return them. I've already spent too much time trying to get them to work. Sorry... this review is a thumbs down!

Still haven't received my money back after 3 weeks

If I could give this place a Zero I would. Worst customer service Representative. Keet interrupting me. I'll never order from them nor should you.

I printed 6 co LLP or pages, on normal setting, then everything turned purple! I emailed, got no response, just this request for me to leave a Review..... so here ya go!

Received 2 black 1 color and none of them work would like to get money back but can only get replacement and can’t get to post office during this pandemic so I’m out $50 and no ink for printer.
