I plugged my printer in, and you sent me the wrong cartridges. When i attempted to place the cartridge into the printer, before I realized it was wrong size, it exploded ink all over me. I tried to initiate a return 4 days ago, and you have completely ignored me. I would say your company is as bad as they get.

I received the ink promptly. I installed when they were needed. They DO NOT work. I am frustrated beyond words. I said I had an HP Deskjet, 1513. I have no idea what I received but they do NOT work. I just wasted my money.

Bad customer service, products didn't work.

Description of the product stated it was usable for my Officejet Pro 9018 All-in-One, however it is not. The printer will not allow me to use this, no matter how often I push through the warning messages.

All of the cartridges create an error message on the printer and do not work. I would like to send them back and receive credit.
