Very satisfied with my purchase.

The colors were nice and clear when I tried the color cartridge

Everyone always saying that the ink for that printer is expensive..(60) but I found it at house of toner for under 16 .. talk about a great price. Going to be buying from you all again.

Package came promptly. Initially, I wondered if it would work, because I got an alignment message saying the printer didn't recognize the new cartridge. However, I cleared the message & the display seemed normal. I was able to run several print jobs that came back normal, as well as a scan. I'm very happy to have found HoT; otherwise I might have had to replace my Officejet 4500 that works perfectly.
